Clue: the opposite of richness
The CONCRETE NOUNS are used to indicate a set of things that can be touched, while ABSTRACT NOUNS are those that have no matter. For example, the word 'CASA' is a concrete noun, while 'FANTASIA' is abstract.
CONCRETE and ABSTRACT NAMES can be formed from ADJECTIVES, this is because Italian is a very morphological language. The change is possible thanks to several SUFFIXES. The most frequent are -ITA' and -EZZA. But there are also -IZIA, -ISMO and -ENZA. So, starting from adjectives, you can create nouns with these suffixes:
